Humans are spiritual beings having a human experience, contrary to the common belief that we are merely seeking spiritual enlightenment. Through their thoughts, perceptions, knowledge, and experiences—shaped by conditioning and exploration—humans gradually expand their awareness of themselves.
Most people struggle in two key areas of life:
1. Mental wellness challenges – where unresolved conditioning creates physical, emotional, or psychological blocks. These often manifest as stress, anxiety, or other health concerns that may require therapy and, at times, medical support.

She is a clinical psychologist with a doctorate in hypnotherapy and regression therapy, backed by decades of experience in understanding and decoding the human mind. As the founder of Awareness to Wellness, she guides individuals toward living a life of their choice in all dimensions. She specializes in personality analysis and psycho-profiling through drawing and handwriting assessment, and has conducted hundreds of workshops for corporate clients and individuals at both national and international levels. Through her roles as a trainer and therapist, she has positively impacted thousands of lives.
Her deep knowledge of how behavioral patterns form and evolve is shared with remarkable clarity and simplicity, enabling even those without a psychology background to understand and apply these concepts. With continuous growth in her wisdom and vibrational energy, she now lives a life aligned with her own values and choices.
